Property Tax Payment – 2026–27
Property tax for the financial year 2026–27 may be paid without penalty or interest up to 30 September 2026.
From 14 September 2026 to 15 October 2026, municipal staff will be stationed at designated locations across all 46 wards of the Municipality to collect property tax. Building owners are requested to make use of this facility and pay their property tax conveniently at the designated camp locations.Property tax can also be paid online through the K-SMART portal:
